"In a busy port environment, small details decide big outcomes. Our job is to make damage status transparent and dependable, so every handover is based on facts, not assumptions."
Independent Quality Assurance
Port Quality Control (PQC) delivers independent vehicle condition inspections and high and heavy surveys for cargo handled in port operations. Founded in 2015 in Geestland, PQC supports import and export flows with evidence-ready assessments and is approved by major OEMs, working closely with partners.
Each inspection covers exterior and interior, with special focus on paint damage, missing equipment, and battery checks for BEV and PHEV vehicles. Findings are captured on site via PQC's tablet-based, app-controlled workflow and transmitted as structured documentation, helping customers clarify liability, prevent recourse claims, and trigger follow-up actions with terminals or manufacturers when needed.
The PQC Process
